YHC had planned on using the freshly cut grass at MHCCC but realized upon arrival it was dark. A slight Omaha was made on the spot and we were ready for battle. It was turning into an unusually large crowd for a Wednesday.. YHC remembered Rameses was on the Q which brought back all the BRR runners for at least one workout this month. See ya in September. Countdown was given and I think that might be it. No mission statement, no 3 F’s or did we say it and I don’t remember.

Warm-A-Rama

Mosey down past the fence for a combo warm up with the Hin’ers. SSH’s, Cotton Pickers, Goof Balls Sun Gods, Burpee for Shaft being late, Windmills were all done by an enthusiastic crowd. Mosey down the hill to the light for the bellers.

At some point during round one the question was raised by Dash 8. Our the bathrooms open? Being a respect brother I couldn’t remember, which should be the theme for the workout. Navy was quick with a good answer about the bathroom by the shelters. Pretty soon Dash 8 dropped his bell and headed for the shelter. Only a few minutes passed when Navy dropped his headed the same way. I know those guys spend a lot of time together but I’m not sure that bathroom is big enough for two grown men. Navy was talking earlier about eating some spicey jalapeno peppers. I’m not sure if that was some kind of code to Dash 8 for a morning rendezvous. I’m all for more love in this world but lets keep our feeling in check during the workout. They both eventually made it back with navy having to adjust the workout shorts. No one said a thing but i think we all knew.

LBC’s x 20 IC, Low Slow Flutters now know by the Q as Little Scott Foleys x 20 IC and Poca took us with his favorite exercise for his students…the Boss Tweed x 20. Hard Stop

Prayers for all those in our education system teachers, student, admin etc.. all our regulars on our prayer list and those we hold close to our heart. Rameses took us out and made us feel better about ourselves.
