After a much needed weekend away with the M, YHC was ready for the day. I got to the AO early so I could set out my cones and get the coupons staged. After placing the cones I see a car pulling in as I open the back of my van where the tires are crammed in. Ronny B is on his way to help with what he can’t see. I drop one of the dump truck tires out and before I could say hello Ronny B says “It’s not too late to go home is it?” Yes it is!! We place the tires and another 2 cars pull in as we make our way back. Pasqually and Blart join the crowd making it 4. The mission statement and disclaimer are given and we mosey off to the wall right into the Thang, since in my excitement I forgot the warmarama.
BTTW for a 10 count or 5 push ups one at a time until the 4th pax is done. Stand up and 20 squats SC.
There was some grumbling about BTTW being the warmarama but I wasn’t saying anything about forgetting!
Rince and repeat 3 X’s
A Long mosey to where the first cone is set up. Each cone = 5 Burpees a tag is at each cone stating how the pax will get to the next cone which are about 50 yards apart. Bear Crawl first then Backpedal, lunges, Lt Dans, Jail Break, then at the last cone (there were six of them in case you were wondering) 5 Merkins then 3 steps 5 more Merkins all the way to the tires. Prob about 50 Merkins or so.
Time for Dora with the coupons!
100 Merkins
200 Squats
300 LBC
PAX 1 excercises while pax 2 carries 120 lb tire 30 yards does 2 Burpees then carries tire back then switch with partner.
Short mosey to the playground.
Same partners, pax 1 does American Hammers while partner runs to playground for 3 pull ups and back to partner to switch.
Rinse and repeat 4 X’s
mosey back to the parking lot. Along the way Pasqually and Ronny B grabbed a tire each to bring back to the van. Ronny B being the animal he is, ran with the tire!! WOW!
We gather back up with just a few minutes left for Warmarama.

Again some questions arose as to why the Warmarama was at the end, but no mention of my forgetfulness!
Last excercise was a Couch Potatoe original, I think.
plank position then walk left arm out while bending right arm at the elbow lowering your face to the ground then walk left arm back up. Next was right arm. Rinse and repeat 3x’s. Plank for the last 30 seconds or so. HC at 6:15.
Annoucments wer egocentric and prayer requests for Blart and his family, Lil Smokey’s son who was missing with his girlfriend. FOUND BY THE TIME THIS WAS WRITTEN!!!
YHC concluded us with prayer.
I immensely enjoy leading the men of F3! You all make it so easy to lead and are always eager to be led. Thank you all for inspiring me, pushing me, and encouraging me!!
