Cape Carteret Turkey Trot

My big bro came in town for turkey day and we decided to do the turkey trot.  I did my best to make the F3 pax aware of this family run but was nervous if any would show.  LETC and YHC set out from by house on foot with flags in toe.  Planted the shovel flags and were happily surprised as we started seeing so many F3 guys showing up.  Plebe and family showed up first.  I saw this Elf could have been Evil Elf or Buddy the Elf not sure, I then realized that it was Vice.  I later saw Hammy out on the course.  LETC and YHC finished strong with an 8:14 pace for the 3.5 miles.  We then headed back for my family so in total we did 5 miles.   MacGregor had a hard push at the end to stay strong with LETC and YHC.  I was able to do a little marketing for F3 with the business cards and talking with other guys.  F3 shirts worn to promote what we do.  Happy Thanksgiving!
