So there I was in the gloom with my 2.0s, and what do my wandering eyes do appear?… 13 brave souls with socks dropped and ready to rock.  YHC is sore so the rule about no stretching in F3 was not obeyed.

THANG 3 – Im not to proud to reuse the home made F3 signs so it was a mosey along the back side of the park to the 5 signs in wet grass that had 3 exercises written on them. YHC seeing new faces, young faces, and just plain old happy faces in the crowd picked a PAX and had them pick one, practice leading as they called out the exercise and counted out for us all. THANG 4 – The Deck of Death. This is what I get outta bed for. CP hijacked the evolution with Supermans, Hotlips hijacked the evolution with what he wanted to be a singalong Plank fest from hell. I think everyone else played nice up until Hard Stop.
