YHC posted (then retracted) a warning that this workout was not going to be a “safe space”.  The idea for the snowflake, aka the millennial, was to put together a workout where the pax could get in 2000 reps in honor of the approximate year that marked the end millennial generation’s progenitor.

After a countdown, flawless mission statement and brief explanation of today’s workout, we started off with a rolling WARMARAMA:

  • Moroccan Night Clubs IC x 10

  • Down Dog one leg in the air R/L

  • Runner’s Stretch R/L

With lots to accomplish and no real idea on how long it would take, we moved right into the THANG.  The pax were told to partner up.  The idea was that each partnership would move down the entrance road stopping at each light pole on the way out and back to do 100 reps. 100 reps X 20 stops got us to a total of 2000 reps.  The Pax chewed through the following exercises at a record pace:

We finished up with about 15 minutes to spare so the Q had to dig into the big bag ‘o tricks to fill the gaps.  We started with an Indigenous People’s run to the fountain of youth for some leg work:

  • Glute bridge left leg IC x 10
