I needed to kick my own arse –  I stole your thursday to do it, I tried to warn the HIMS of the west and even the broken showed up.

You guys motivate the virus outta me.

THE THANG –

Not sure if it has a name, but CP called it the “beer mile” when he implanted the idea in my head.

4 laps of the track for 1 Mile stopping at each “corner” for a descending number of Burpees and LBCs. We began with 16 BURPEES, 16 LBCs

Ran to the far corner for 15 and 15 then …..you get the picture. We made it down to 1 BURPEE and 1 LBC with 8 minutes left on the clock. It should be noted that there was very little mumble chatter. About half way thru the THANG,  YHC made a deal with the PAX. Any joke that made me laugh would afford the PAX a pass (not YHC) and could substitute Merkins for Burpees. Well done gents. So 136 Burpees and 136 LBCs later……..

Dash8 is all about the WALL so it was a round of WALL SITS long enough for me to recycle an old joke, deny dash8 his “balls to the wall” and have ……….. 4 minutes of PAX choice MARY.

Dash8, not to be messed with when he wants something, made us pay with Diamond Merkins to the hard stop sunuvabeoch
