No breeze under the pavilion

Between the Corona and injuries it has been months since I have been the Q.  So long I actually cant remember the last time I was the Q, needless to say sleep was not my partner as I anxiously anticipated this weeks Mullet Wrapper.  YHC pulled into the AO at the one minute warning and the PAX was happy to bestow some mumble-chatter for the Q’s timely arrival. The best ever F3 intro, mission statement, and core principles were delivered flawlessly for our FNG, Sand Flea.

Mosey around soccer fields to end w/ some copperhead squats

Bearcrawl & crabwalk from/to light posts and back while ea PAX rotates out to 5 pull ups. Always a crowd pleaser when you have no gloves.

Mosey to pavilion for up n overs w/ a  merkin on ea side, over and back is 1 for 15 total.  Birdman’s essence was silently delivered by an anonymous PAX under the pavilion where there is no breeze which caused some respiratory distress.  Our resident HCP, Hotlips, paid no attention to the chatter as he added 5 merkins to each side of his up n overs, ’cause he’s just a bad ass.

Mosey to the p-lot for some ab work LBC feet on deck, single leg brides.

Over to the tennis courts for 2 rounds of chicken peckers, another crowd pleaser, w/  box cutters & single leg bridges, air presses, Cheech girl fights F&R, superman’s followed by 2 rounds of partner BTTW and 3 burpees , peoples chair w/ air press and sun gods.

Jailbreak sprints across tennis courts w/ back pedal rinse/repeat x5

Back out to the lot for some anchored leg pull over on post followed by single leg squats on fence

Mary: v ups, superman’s, plank, L&R side plank, merkins closeout to the hardstop.

Prayer/Praises/Name-a-rama for FNG Sand Flea, and Ponch took us out with a heartfelt prayer in the COT.
