Hello Onslow County

It was time, the PAX were requesting a Friday workout, the Eastern PAX were telling us we needed to give it away.  So the idea was hatched to move to Swansboro and make it a Friday workout.  Thus accomplishing both needs.  What to call this thing though,  What is Swansboro known for?  The Mullet Festival so they are known for Mullet good or bad.  So the Mullet Wrapper was born and today we launched it.

Woke up to a downpour and it continued to come during my drive to the new AO.  Would anyone come on this aweful day.  The first car I see pull in is Jonestown a brother that lives in Hubert and came once but has run out of excuses since we are here, and he brought another Hubert FNG with him (Deliverance) of course a West Virginia guy.  Love naming those guys.

Well Hard Start came and the rain slacked, the PAX were 19 strong and I could already tell they were excited and I knew the mumble chatter would be loud with Laettner, Ron Burgundy, Pasqually in the mix.  Really appreciate all the eastern guys that came, Ron, Pasqually, and Squid: Especially Pasqually a Carterico OG that has been around for so many milestones and made it to another one here.

YHC decided that a good way to start a new AO is to do a tour of the grounds.  So the workout consisted of a Mosey and some exercises and mosey to the next spot and same exercises adding additional reps.  We did this through out the whole park, trails, benches, sidewalks, soccer fields, tennis courts.  I am also told that we managed to find every single ant pile on the property as I heard many grumblings about this.

We attempted to check out the skate park but did not stay long as the rain made this place very slippery and I decided not to add to the already plethora of injuries that we currently have.  We moseyed back to the flag for a little mary which basically consisted of LBCs until exhausted with a little Superman mixed in.

It was truly motivating for me today to here the Mumble Chatter.  I said it was a test of my leadership skills when there is that much chatter.  I can say that I do not ever remember there being that much, which can stifle some but it truly warmed my heart and pushed me to keep going.  That is the sound of friendship, joy, acceptance, encouragement, leadership, etc.. and it tells me that we are doing something right.  We are growing in numbers, we are growing in influence, and we are growing individually.  Keep giving this thing away guys and you will keep receiving in return.  It is the way Jesus works you cannot out give him.  Keep giving it away and he will give you more than you ever dreamed of.
