The SHOVEL FLAG was planted at 5a sharp just incase anyone took me serious on the standard… YHC was not feeling it today so back in the truck with the heater on, and some good meditation followed as I just enjoyed my coffee. Then, after just a few minutes, the runners guilt set in so at 48*, off I went for a slow warm up. The motivated PAX showed up at 5:25 – 5:29 and with a 5:30a MISSION STATEMENT [one more survey for PurpleRain?] we were on our way LRLRLR down Reed Dr. Out and back as planned, a steady pace with a nice push at the end, all returned safe for the COT at 6:15a sharp.

As YHC mentioned, my morning started less then enthusiastic. Spring Break set me back and going out the door was an effort in itself. However, in no time at all, once surrounded by these great men, the will to get better builds, the friendship, fellowship and the heartfelt prayers always motivate me to do my best in all areas. Thanks for the push PAX, I enjoyed the pace.

Congrats and prayers for Navy’s 2.0 daughter, as she was Baptized yesterday!!!

Congrats to our brother and Site Q Maytag on your PR at the Cooper River Bridge run, and thanks for the honor of leading the GREEN MILE today.
