Day 7. It’s finally here. YHC was ready to face today and finish this 7in7 strong. I showed up at the AO a little early to set up some cones. Slowly the Pax started filing in with Couch Potato strolling up at the last minute after running to the AO. He lives in a different town, btw. He’s a beast! I think he posted at more of my workouts this week than anyone else, so thank you Couch Potato for supporting me.

We took a little mosey around the trail to the end of the soccer fields where I had cones set up 25 yds apart for a

We picked up the cones and headed to the shelter for some bench work. We did four exercises in sets starting at 25 reps each, then 15, 10, and 5. The exercises were

Next we moseyed to the tennis courts for a Lunchbox original, the Indian Bear Chair. The Pax lined up along the wall just inside the gate in a people’s chair position. One by one the last pax would bear crawl around the group and assume the people’s chair position at the front of the group. We continued this around the entire perimeter of the tennis courts. Way to push it out guys!
