Side straddle hops, Cotton pickers.  Capri lap around to the back lot of CCBC covered entryway.

Today’s workout is actually a repeat from about 2 years ago, designed for the HIM to get what he wants out of the workout.  Push hard the full minute of AMRAP, or not, it’s a HIM’s choice.  With yesterdays western workout being a run, which largely separates the PAX from F2, this will keep the PAX together and as close as they want to be in their social distances, and as promised low mileage.

The Thang, one minute AMRAP of:

Hand release merkins, Burpee’s, Diamond merkins, Air presses, LBC’s, Peter Parkers, Jump squats, Monkee humpers, Imperial walkers, Box cutters, Alternating lunges, Peoples chair w/ air press, 4×4’s, B-T-W, Dying Cockroaches, Irkins, Alternating shoulder taps, Catalina wine mixers, Mountain Climbers, Birdman Crunches, Ballerina Dips. In between each exercise we did a short 30 second recovery mosey to the second entrance of CCBC and began the next exercise, or a sprint around the back parking lot for the HIM pushing hard.

Hard stop 615. Namarama, Announcements; Honeywagon on Q for Prometheus, and the Gauntlet will happen, Prayer requests, closed out with a COT.
