A nice brisk 64* and Navy’s bundled up likes it 30*, QIC totally failed to recognize his limp and calf issue and went right into a mosey to warm up a bit. Side Straddle Hops, L over R, yada yada, I’m an epic fail at warmarama…
Thang 1 – So having a 2.0 track star in our company YHC went right to a jail break to far away goal and 7’s with burpees and WW1’s from goal to goal. Princess again reminded the Q in a subtle way about Navy’s calf issue, but he was still in front of me so we pressed on with another mosey to the drug store.
Thang 2 – ATM’s, LBC’s, PeopleChAIr Press, BTTW’s, WW1’s, Box Cutters [I could not find Burnout’s Kryptonite and began to worry he wasn’t getting his fill…] Mosey to the Pavillion of Pain.
Thang 3 – Dips, uneven Merkins, Step ups/box jumps, rinse and repeat.
Final Thang 4 – The Bands! A smorgasbord of resistance exercises in a variety of positions for back, neck and shoulder work – Rows, curls, flys, etc to a hard stop.
Name-a-rama for the FNG – TClaps to Huckabee for including the offspring, a fine young man at that. Announcements – Sparkles on the final Dingbatter of the season.
COT – Burnout with a great closing prayer to start our day. Keeping in mind all those who need our prayers due to illness, and Mother Nature.
