YHC arrived downtown with not a soul in sight. This was YHC’s first Q since December so YHC was a little Nervous.

No time for nervousness as the PAX rolled in. By 5:28 everyone but Kratom was present.

YHC gave the mission statement and disclaimer and we strolled to BB&T for Warm A Rama.

  • Plank- everyone does a 5 count
  • Triceps: 1-15 SC
  • Plank everyone does a 5 count
  • Military Press: 1-15 IC
  • After military presses we jogged to Live Oak street and back

We then strolled to the park for The Thang Part 2

Partner up, I worked solo with Goobers group

4 cones laid on on the street. Burpee suicides. While one group did exercises the other did suicides.

15 Burpees per round of suicides. As we were getting started Kratom Showed up. He was late and ran to Gallants Channel. He ended up finding us at the park.

Since we were starting Burpee fest there was no penalty.

  • 1) Wojo Squats- 150
  • 2) Monkey Humpers- 150
  • 3) Side Lunges- 150
  • 4) Step Ups- 150

We finished at 6:08 and strolled back to the Dock House. We completed all exercises and did approx . 5 -6 rounds of suicides.
