What a great morning to be a part of F3 CARTERICO.

I rolled up to the site early to already find a few of those BA Carterican’s ready to go. 4 minutes and 2 minute warning was given .

0530 hard start everyone circled up mission statement given and we were off on a slow mosey around the parking lot and back to the front of Big Rock Stadium.

The thang: The pax motivated and ready to put in some work was ready to go . YHC instructed  everyone to line up shoulder to shoulder facing the entrance of the parking lot.

1st part of the thang:

5 lights poles we were going to run to each pole 10 merkins all the way down . total of 50. After the 5th exercise was complete we mosey back to the start.

Following was 5 lights pole 10 WW1 all the way down for a total of 50. Mosey back to the start.

Next was 5 light poles of Flutter kicks IC for a total of 50 IC. Mosey back to the start.

After the pax made it back to the start YHC instructed head to the wall for peoples chair everyman with a 10CT.

Following that it was back on the line Round 2.

5 lights every light 10 Air Squats for a total of 50.

5 lights every light 10 low slow lunges 5 each leg for a total of 50. Mosey back to the start.

5 lights every light 10 American hammers IC for a total of 50. Mosey back to the start.

Everyman head to the wall for a 10CT of peoples chair.

Directly after the last man mosey to the far end  parking lot for a waterfall Merkin. Each man plank 1 Merkin all the way back to the 1st man . The pax went all the way to 5.

Back on the mosey around the parking lot one more time for  Mary:

MOLESKINI haven’t been to the Anchor B before it’s outside of my normal F3 weekly routine. I had a blast getting to talk to different f3 brothers this morning and sharing the gloom with you. I would challenge the rest of F3 Carterico to get out and change it up and let’s share this awesome gift we have! Thank you for your efforts this morning .
