Another Chicken Shack in Beaufort. Eight men woke up early to tug on some bands in Beaufort with some familiar faces and remarkably, they didn’t pay for parking. Immigrant has been hangin’ tough and helping with the Beaufort Backstreet Boys, providing bands and support. Greatly appreciated Immigrant! It was good to see him and help the new kids on the block with our recently acquired band workout. We just can’t get enough of the chariots of vomit and other newly found exercises our bands have introduced us to. Capellini arms are for sissies.
We all quickly settled in, and after a textbook disclaimer was delivered, we moseyed to the BB&T for some warmarama.

While in the middle of Warmarama I begin watching Flip and Twitty side by side doing straddle hops. The style and form couldn’t be more opposite. From what I can reckon, Twitty has a muscular anomaly that allows for side straddle hops to produce mini tornados above his body while Flip is in need of surgical tendon releases or deep physical therapy to make that exercise have any resemblance to its name. The debate continues daily since this discovery.
