Started off with a mosey to the track for some warm up. Sungods, windmills and hillbillies. Took off to the bike path from there. Stopped along the way stacking 3 burpees, 6 jump lunges, 9 groiners, 12 slolums, 15 heels to heaven.Ended up behind Glad tidings for a game of corn hole. Each team had to run around the building and stop to do burpees. Losing team had to do double, triple and quad burpees. Back to the flag just in time for about 3.5 miles. Great job by the PAX
