Great first Q as the new Site Q.  No flag…yet…but a great turnout.  Kitchen Sink workout  (i.e. a lot of different exercises, low reps and some slow running)

Ran the half loop around the baseball fields with stretches interspersed.  Pax seemed to be pleased to have the opportunity to “stretch what you need to stretch.”  Per the pre-blast, good stretching will be part of the Anchor B experience.

The Thang:  Run to every other light poll and stop for ten reps of a single exercise.  The exercises were as following:

Squats, merkins, dips, monkey humpers, LBC, Lt. Dan, Diamond Merkins, American Hammer, Copper Head Squat, plank jacks, Alt. Shoulder Taps, Extra Wide Merkins, high-steps & butt kicks

Then to the picnic shelter for step ups, dirkins, step-ups.

Then back to the parking lot for a repeat of the previously mentioned exercises.  Then back to the picnic shelter for the other previously mentioned exercises.

Converged with the QAR for a quick Mary of some exercise I don’t know the name of and Windmills.  I promised there would be stretching.

Jang lead a meaningful time of prayer requests and Creflo closed things out.

Good Lord I hate, hate writing back blasts!  .
