Mosey with Bells to behind the Book Store, then 2 rounds of:

10 Right Arm Curls

10 Right Arm Bent Over Row
10 Left Arm Bent Over Row
10 Goblet Squats

Then 4 rounds of Peoples Chair each pax doing a 15 count and hold their  bell straight out in front.

Then Mosey back to parking lot for 2 more rounds of:
