It was a beautiful morning in the land of Carterico as the pax met up at the Walgreens across from the Atlantic Beach bridge. As clock ticked closer to hard start Jang-a-lang became nervous about the FNG not knowing the selected route for today. Mission statement and route were explained to the pax and we were off. I was out of the gate pushing my pace out of my comfort zone at a sub 8 minute pace. I was in the lead of the pax until midway through the causeway, Steamer and Lamar Hedley picked up their pace and took the lead with Misty not more than 20 seconds behind them. We continued around the circle back up and over the bridge that put most pax over 3.5 miles. Those wanting more were advised to go down Evans street to get the extra mileage they were seeking. While we were waiting for the last of the pax to return Duck Butter led us in stretching exercises. When all pax has returned announcements were made of Breakfast and Volunteering with the Baptist Men, the County Wide convergence that is fast approaching. YHC took us out in prayer.

It is always an honor to lead.
