A week of Lunchbox – Day 5 – Prometheus

I have to be honest, getting out of bed for day 5 of my 7 in 7 Q week proved to be a real struggle. But, I managed to drag myself to the AO with about 7-8 minutes before the hard start. I was the first to arrive and had some concerns about being a solo act this morning. I knew numbers had been down the past couple weeks and Buttoncap had already let me know he had to head in to work early and would be unable to make the ruck. Sure enough, 5:15 rolls around and I’m all alone. Determined to see my 7 in 7 through to the end, I donned my ruck sack and headed to the west. The solitude provided a good opportunity for some self-reflection. At some point I turned around and headed back east and finished back up where I started.
