7 men joined YHC on this Friday morning for a brisk walk through the streets of Morehead.  With shovel flag planted, we began to assemble one by one, I was informing the PAX that the site Q failed to tell me that it was my turn to lead.  Thanks Nippleshot for the warning.   I have you on the Q for bands soon.  With warnings of 4, 2, and 1 given, welcome and mission statement recited flawlessly, we began our journey form Sweet Beans.

A quick walk across Arendell and a turn onto Evans Street, we stopped around 20th or 19th Street our first round of 20 squats.  Once completed, we continued our trek downtown,as we briefly stopped for another round of squats.  Another right turn onto Shepard and another right turn to the Promise Land and we were slowly making our way to Big Rock Landing and the fountain for our third squat stop of our journey.  It was here that Creflo pointed out how original, thus nevertheless, we started back towards the shovel flag and the thought of coffee for those that can’t live without it after a workout.  Down Evans and another stop at the corner of 16 and Evans for squat round #4.  Off and rolling, we make our way to our next and last stop  at the corner of Evans and 22nd for round 5 of squats  for a grand total of 100.  A short walk back to the parking lot, a stretch or two and we are done.

Announcements and prayer requests were made and YHC took the group our in prayer.

It was a pleasure to lead today.  The fellowship was awesome as always as each of us were able to engage in conversation with each other about our surroundings, our past and present lives, and whatever else was the topic of discussion.  Thank you all for the great morning.

Until next time……..

Immigrant
