There was a lot of excitement leading up to THE Rolling Stone this week – with Griswold posting some preliminary Speedo and Fireworks animation The Pax didn’t know exactly what to expect.  Special thanks to Navy for leading the list of HCs on Slack as our numbers were strong.

The mission statement was given along with a note that today we would eliminate the six and leave no man behind.  We started the morning off with a quick burpee for Lunchbox coming in hot.  Short mosey around the parking lot to a quick Warmarama (side straddle hops, cotton pickers, L over R, R over L) and then we were off to mosey our way to the track for

The Thang:

We used the “Four Corner” of the track as our stops for exercises so each exercise was x 4

Lap One = Cardio (burpees and side straddle hops)

Lap Two = Legs (copperhead squats and lunges)

Lap Three = Upper body (merkins and diamond merkins)

Lap Four – Mary (LBCs and Birdman Crunches)

After completing our mile around the track we had a few minutes left for an old fashion race (PAX lined up to race a single lap around the track) we couldn’t determine a true winner based on the massive amount of cheating, but I’d have to give it to the youth of the leprechaun.

Mosey back to the flags for our Hard Stop, Namarama, and a quick COT lead by the working man, White Boots.

It’s a pleasure to join you fellas on a regular basis and an honor to lead – let’s show up strong on Saturday to support and celebrate with Maytag
