This morning as I pull into the AO, there were already a couple cars parked and waiting including the News van. Where they doing a story on the school or did they want to see what all the complaining was about? Neither, it was just Ronny B! Was this a sign that there would be a good showing? I park and put out a cone, lay down the rope, and set the tire in its place. Meanwhile cars were pulling in one after another! Wow! This is when I realized this was really gonna suck since I planned this workout around 6 or so posting. Oh well, let the mumble chatter begin… warnings given mission statement given and attempted the disclaimer but the dirty minded PAX high jacked that one!

Pax in single file line lunge the entire length of the parking lot and back while doing air presses last PAX runs to front of line and continue lunges

PAX 1 jump ropes, PAX 2 flips tire 50 yards then carries tire back while the rest of the PAX are doing certain exercises. As each pax returns with the tire he returns to the group and the guy who was jumping rope carries tire and next in line starts jump rope until all pax had a encounter with the tire.

This was designed for 6 or so PAX so with 12 we didn’t get to go through all the planned motions. 2 cycles through is all we got in.

Today I was elated with the turnout! This was the turnout I was used to seeing here. We always had at least 10 show consistently. Hopefully this is a jump start to get back to the crowds we are used to here in the west! As always it is an enourmous pleasure leading you men!!!
