YHC was excited to be up on this day to celebrate another year the Lord has blessed me with and more opportunity to get others to drink the F3 Koolaide. I arrived about 5:20 with several guys already there and 2 new faces. One was Canary that made his second appearance at F3 and he brought and FNG with him. Due to the new faces I spent a little extra time on getting Mission Statement and Disclaimer correct as well as explain what the days work out would be.
It is a run workout, everyone went at their on speeds there was fellowship and there was fitness. We all pushed hard and made it back to the finish line. We did namearama and I tried to forget Lunchbox but hopefully he will foregive me. We named our FNG.
