Busy week and sleep deprived, I decided to get over to the Dock House AO early and soak in some fresh air on the waterfront while stretching a bit. Low and behold, headlights start appearing and here come the PAX! Good morning Life Alert, then Graco, Laettner from the west with Azusa, Bunyon aims his land yacht into a slip, and finally “one headlight Winnie” wheels in the lot. We waited a few and 5:30 was about to strike, but wait…a faint image in the distance…..here come the “Boss”…….the one and only Boss Tweed was incoming!! The Gangs all here…..F3 defined, the Mission and Disclaimer stated we were off on a mosey to the BB&T and the Warm-a-rama.

Warm-a-rama:

• Mosey to the BB&T: SSH x 20 IC, Cotton Pickers x 20 IC, Sun Gods fwd/rev x 20 IC, Good Mornings x 20 IC, R over L 10 ct, L over R 10 ct, Wind Mills x 20 IC.

The Thang:

• Mosey across Front St. to Grayden Park for a Dora consisting of Merkins, Squats, Dips, Lunges
• Partner up, one man begin the exercise and the other partner run a lap around City Hall and back
  • 200 Merkins
  • 200 Squats
  • 200 Dips
  • 200 Lunges
• Mosey to Tweed’s Marina: Concrete Paver power lifts, Arm Curls x 20 SC, Overhead Press x 20 SC, Tricep Extensions x 20 SC, Diamond Merkins on Paver x 10 SC, rinse and repeat
• Mosey back to Dock House for Mary
