• When: 1/23/18
  • Workout Style: Boot Camp
  • QIC: Denver
  • PAX: Creflo, Jackrabbit, Nippleshot, & Big Mic
  • AO: Anchor Ball, Morehead City

Started off with proper F3 intro and started to mosy when it dawned on me I had missed the mission statement. Quick halt to get that in.

Mosy from Parking lot around the “Tree of Life”

Warmerama

  • Hillbilly IC*10
  • Cotton Pickers IC*10
  • Cherry Pickers IC*10
  • Windmill IC*10

The Thang

In parking lot started off with 1 Catalina wine mixer at one end- bear crawl to the other end and 10 Mountain climbers. Run back, then 2 Catalina wine mixers. Bear crawl back to the opposite end for 9 Mountain climbers. Ran back. Counting by one to build up to 10 C.W.M and down to 1 M.C.

In the middle of this exercise I kept butchering the name of the wine mixer from Catalena to Carolina to  Catalina and I had to remind the PAX I was from WV. Then Big Mic broke out into “Country Roads” by John Denver. That made my day.

Mosy’d to the picnic tables for a tabada style workout. 30 seconds of exercise followed by 10 second rest. 8 rounds OYO of 4 exercises.

  1.  Erkins
  2. Dips
  3. Step ups
  4. WW1s

Mosy’d to the wall for a round of “Seated Chair” & “Balls to the Wall”, before 6 minutes of Mary.  Exercises as follows:

  1. Dolly IC*10
  2. Rosalita IC*10
  3. LBC IC*10
  4. Dying Cockroach IC*5

Special prayer today to ask the good Lord to look after our marriages and to help strengthen our commitment. Amen.
