After everyone wanted to be the Q for the Swashbuckler it was decided by the site Q, The Second mile, YHC would start the workout and he would push the pax at the end.  With a plan in place 5 min, 4 min, 2 min, and 1 min warnings given.  YHC had to stop and collect his thoughts with Pasqually in the house the mission statement had to be perfect.  A little help from Monkey Wrench, and YHC made it thru the mission statement and disclaimer.  Off we go to the front of the school for a little warm up.

SSH – 25 IC  = 50        WindMills – 25 IC = 50        Imperial Walkers – 25 IC = 50     Monkey Humpers – 25 (more to follow later)

Now to mosey off to the track for  THE THANG

Run 100 m – 25 Merkins      Run 100 m – 25 Merkins   Run 100 m – 25 Carolina Dry Docks  Run 100 m – 25 Carolina Dry Docks  Run 100 m – 25 LBC’S       Run 100 m – 25 LBC’S   Run 100 m – 25 Box Cutters  Run 100 m – 25 Box Cutters          10 count    Run 100 m – 25 Monkey Humpers   Run 100 m – 25 Low Slow Flutters   Run 100 m – 25 Low Slow Flutters     at this point The Second Mile would take over and mosey over to the pull up station.    Partner up. 1st partner does 10 pullups while 2nd partner runs around the building. Switch and repeat.  Next round 15 pullups.  Switch and repeat.  Last round 25 knees to chest. Switch and repeat.  Mosey over to the benches for 2 rounds of 25 Dips, 25 Derkins, 25 squats.  If you haven’t noticed yet, all the exercises have equaled 50.  Noticing time was short the pax moseyed over to the flag.  Circle up for Mary.

MOM was hijacked by Doogie after YHC asked him for the first ab exercise.  50 LBC’S in cadence.  Nice work Doogie.  Now that the abs were hurting, YHC called on Ricardo who decided on Box Cutters.  25 IC to finish out the 50 count and a hard stop.

Count off, Namarama, and The Second Mile took us out in prayer.

As usual it is a pleasure to lead such fine men of the community.  Thank you to The Second Mile for letting me push myself as the Q to make sure the pax get a great workout.
