The Mitch Trubisky era begins early for YHC’s and Duck Butter’s fantasy football team after our #1 draft pick went down Sunday afternoon. It had been a great weekend otherwise, but it was decided that a little extra running was in order to work through the fantasy frustration (3.2 miles total). With no FNGs in sight and a long way to go, the intro was skipped and we moseyed from The Sanitary to Big Rock Landing for . . .

Stretches
Conveniently located next to the Big Rock fountain, we lined up on the short wall to begin . . .

Irkins SC x 15
We then fast moseyed to the stage at Jaycee Park for another round of

Next we lined up on Shepard St. for an Indian run with the six dropping for 3 merkins before sprinting to the front, arriving at the parking lot of St. Egbert School for . . .
THE SECOND THING
After partnering up, partner A ran two laps back and forth across the parking lot while partner B did the following exercises AMRAP, and then switching with Partner B running and partner A exercising:
WWIs
Burpees
Carolina Drydocks
Wojo Squats
LBCs

Merkins
We recovered on a short walk to Evans Street where we lined up side-by-side for . . .
THE THIRD THING
All the way back to the flag, we sprinted one block, bear crawled across the intersection, and walked/slow moseyed one block, for a total of 6 sprints, 6 bear crawls and 6 walk/moseys. It was then time for . . .
5 MOM – DEALER’S CHOICE
Bayliner – Xs & Os
Squeeler – American Hammer
Aflac – Boxcutters
Madoff – Freddy Mercuries
Pooh – Dying Cockroaches (almost, hard stop was called just as he began)
MOLESKIN
With the light sleeping dit-dot living next to the Shevans tennis courts asking for police protection from F3, the St. Egbert’s parking lot is really a nice option to have for the table setter. Sure you have to run a couple of extra blocks each way, but the work-out space is actually better.
Big Mic took us out in prayer, another great one. As always it was an honor to lead.
