Rolled into the parking lot anxious to get starting since I was recovered from the Brolympics on Saturday. With only one car waiting, I had a feeling there was going to be only a few since the weather had mentioned a “slight” chance of rain. The 2 others pulled in and the 2 minute warning was given. We moseyed over to the auxiliary parking lot for the Thang:
using the 4 corners of the parking lot, we began our circuit,
1st corner was 5 Burpees. These were OYO but we would Al Gore for the 6 and moset to the next corner as a group throughout the whole routine.
2nd corner would be 180 degree Burpees X’s 5 OYO
3rd corner is left leg Burpees X’s 5 OYO
4th corner is right leg Burpees X’s 5 OYO
mosey back to corner 1 and repeat the circuit
At this point Shank was feeling a little queasy so he gave a 10 count
next circuit was the same format but this time the excercises were:
1st corner Butterfly sit-up X’s 10
2nd corner WW1 X’s 20
3rd corner Leg lifts X’s 30
4th corner LBC’s X’s 40
ran this circuit twice as well
Since Shank was feeling not so good, I decided to modify my original plan from moseying down the road for the next set of excercises to just staying at the parking lot and do another round. The excercises this time were:
1st corner Merkins X’s 15
2nd corner Diamond Merkins X’s 15
3rd corner Doublewide Merkins X’s 15
4th corner Carolina Dry Dock X’s 15
again 2 circuits around

In position we would all do one push up in order, then 2, then 3 sounded good until we all fell off after 2 but Griswold held on for one more!
Shank held it in!! Way push through!!!
With just a minute left we did squats AMRAP until time

It was a great workout for the ones who braved the awesome weather this morning and decided to get up and start their day right!!
