YHC showed up at 0500 for the standard Misty rolled in right behind me. We waited on the other HC but Crabby never showed we logged around 2.5 making it back 0520.

Everyone showed up ready to work the 2 min and 1 minute warning was given still no Crabby SMH. Squid brought an FNG Chucky welcome hopefully we didn’t scare him off this morning.

We took off on a slow mosey across the street to the church for Warmarama.

YHC informed the pax what the workout was going to consist of a tribute to those in Vegas. Last time I watched the news the death toll in Vegas was 58 people with 515 injured .

We were going to do 58 burpees 1 for each person that passed away and one Mount Climber for ever person injured.

We took off down the trail with 5 stops each stop consisted of  10 burpees and 65 single count Mt Climbers.

We made it to the News Paper stand and headed back for 1 more stop of 10 burpees and 65 Mt Climbers. On the 6th stop we did 8 burpees and 65 Mt Climbers. We picked up the 6 and made it back to the front of the school circled up and did 65 Mt Climbers.

Mosey around the school  to the track were we did 65 Mt Climbers. A total of 58 burpees and 520 Mt Climbers.

Partnered up did one lap of catch me if you can . Followed by 1 lap cool down at your own pace meet at the flag.

With 5 minutes remaining we circled up for Mary:

YHC was smoked and asked Steamer to lead the pax in one : X and O’s for a 15/20/25/30.

Last was a superman hold for 2 minutes with a hard stop at 0615.

YHC had a scripture wanted to read but forgot :

He will wipe every tear from their eyes there will be no more death  or mourning, or crying or pain, for the old order of things has past away. Revelation 21-4.

Moleskin. We can’t fathom why someone would cause so much death and destruction for no reason. This workout was one small tribute to victims of this senseless act. You never know what tomorrow will bring hold your family tight and pray for everyone involved in Vegas.
