VQ this AM after being called out by PurpleRain yesterday.  Thanks for all the fellas that showed up.  Started out with the Mission Statement, Principles, 3F’s at 530, then the Warmarama consisting of:

  • Chinook x 15
  • Side Straddle Hops x 20
  • Finkle Swings X 20
  • Seal Claps X 15
  • Goofball X 15
  • Then indian-run from the flag, around the track and back to the line.  Then
  • 10 Apollo Uno’s, alternating arms
  • Partnered up and one partner Alligator Merkin 20 yards while the other LBC’d.  At the 20 he called his partners name, who switched from LBC to Prisoner Squats, while he returned from the 20 Crab walkin’, then partners switched.  Ended with holding the plank for the 6.
  • Then, All bear crawled to the 20, and returned with broken wheelbarrow.
    • The initial plan was to do this 4 times, each leg for each partner, but upon the first return, the Q had to call an “Omaha” and returned with standard wheelbarrow.
  • Then bear crawl back to the 20, and return with the other partner broken wheelbarrow, this time switching legs each way
  • Then indian run again and repeat without the above starting with Alligator’s
  • Finishing with 10 Carolina Dry Docks
  • Then indian run again, and returning to the flag for 10 more Carolina Dry Docks

Ended with a Mary Consisting of

  • Abe Vigoda x 10
  • Mountain Man Poopies x 10

COT with Meemee carrying us out in prayer.

Thanks all for the awesome turnout and the effort for my VQ.  Looking forward to the next one.

Had to record my video separately cause I got too excited.
