We did a quick warm up of 20 SSH IC, 15 Windmills IC, 10 SC Round the worlds.
Round 1,2,5,6 went like this – 10 SC Overhead Press L,R : Curls L,R : Bent over Row L,R
- Run to far cones and perform exercises. 15 Lunges IC, 15 Rosalitas IC, 15 Burpees SC OYO, 15 Freddy Mercuries IC
Round 3,4,7,8 went like this – 10 IC Bus Drivers, 10 SC Upright rows, 10 SC Kettlebell swings
- Run to cones and perform exercise on baseball. 20 Dying cockroaches IC, 20 Squats SC, 15 Box Cutters IC, 20 LBC SC
Run back to start and repeat rounds 1 and 3. Mosey to wall behind college, 10 count per pax twice thru. Long Mosey to starting point and repeat round 1 before doing Mary. 15 IC Low slow flutters, 15 IC American Hammers, 10 IC Good Mornings. Joined the HIN pax for announcements, prayer requests, COT led by HolidayMansion.
