The forecast for the morning was rain and wind. YHC was not expecting very many of our dedicated Pax to show up. Not because they are not dedicated….they are the BEST. However, there were lots of complications….yada…yada…ya!

So YHC is walking around and a person comes out of the gloom with a hat on and looks lost. Lot’s of lost souls on the Beaufort waterfront in the morning but this guy looks focused. He asks if this is F3 and states that he is from Sarasota Florida and traveling up to Va. He was spending the night in Beaufort and went online to find out where the workouts occurred. Pretty cool stuff. His name was Papa Smurf….how about that!!!!

The rest of the Pax arrived and we moseyed down to the Maritime Museum for some stretching exercises. Once YHC felt everyone was ready we moseyed back to the start of waterfront board walk in front of the DOCKS for the Thang!

Start with 10 merkins, 10 mountain climbers,10 LBC’s, 10 leg lifts and 10 squats. Run to the East end of the boardwalk. 9 of each. Run to west end 8 each and repeat until the last whereas YHC pushed it to 10 of each. Headed halfway down dock for 30 Erkins. Followed by a great Mary.

A great prayer took us out.

Honor to lead.
