Ten HIM  decided to be better this morning. Upon arrival at the sweet beans parking lot and with the flag planted, the Appropriate disclaimers and mission statements where recited, perfectly I might add,  and the pax began the crossing of the counties highest point.

The next stop was the water side parking lot of the now defunct channel marker restaurant.

A beautiful spot to workout,  or if your a seagull break open clamshells and leave the razor sharp shards all over the parking lot.

First up

10x ruck merkins

10x ruck squats.

We partnered up & began the following

partner a takes both rucksacks and runs to the channel marker sign and back while partner b

 was performing the following

WW1x 2 rounds per man

Hand release merkins x 2 rounds per man.  With time running short we headed

Back across the bridge to the sweet beans parking for a perfectly timed HS at 6:15 while covering just over 2.5 miles  great push today!

It was a beautiful morning to be out exercising. We should all remember to be thankful for creation. We live in a truly amazing world.

Announcements we’re made, prayer request we’re given.

Ron Burgundy took us out with a wonderful prayer.

It was a pleasure to lead.
