YHC set out to burn off a few extra calories from Saturday night’s festivities. A solid group of Table Setter regulars showed up to do the same. Quick disclaimer, mission statement and we took off headed west down Evans Street stopping at the church for Warmarama.

After warmarama we took off down Evans Street stopping at the end near the base of the bridge. 20 SC Merkins and it was time to tackle the bridge. The PAX was instructed to run across to the Channel Marker, or whatever it is now, at your own pace. Once at the channel marker, we headed for the benches.

We had just enough time for another set working back the opposite way. Derkins x 15 SC. Erkins x 15 SC. Dips x 15 SC

It was time to head back over the bridge. YHC instructed the pax to stop once they reached Evans St. Once the six was in we did LSF x 15 IC. LBC’s x 10 IC. Merkins x 20 SC

Moseying back towards Shevans, we made a quick stop at 19th Street for American Hammer x 20 IC. Plank Jack x 15 IC and went straight into the Merkin x 15 SC.

Time to mosey, stopping one last time at 16th street. Box cutter x 15 IC. Plank hold for 30 seconds. Hard Stop
