YHC rolled up to find Pedro and Wilson, also known as the Sorcerer and his apprentice, ready to roll on the Rucky Duck. YHC grabbed his gear and laid on the ground not sure if he was going to be able to complete the mission at hand. From the low angle view YHC could see Suitcase stretching, Laettner and some other shadowy figures. YHC had a conversation with Holiday about taking over and sending the Q home but the F3 peer pressure was too much. I had to stay and complete the mission. The countdown began 5,4 ,3,2 and 1. What F3 stands for was stated and the mission statement given but not as good as Pasqually would do. The PAX was then greeted by squealing tires and revved up engines as Monkey Wrench and Spinal Tap came in more than hot. Monkey Wrench didn’t set the alarm and instead of taking the easy way out and going to the Hashmark, he put the pedal down and made the Rucky Duck. Spinal Tap, ummm, well, he just seems to run late. I sure hope he gets a watch for Christmas.
Off the PAX went, down the paved trail to go as far as they could, time permitting. YHC would stop the PAX whenever he felt like it for 15 hand release merkins, 15 squats, and 15 box cutters. We would stop four times on the way up with our last one at the old folks home. YHC reminded Monkey Wrench, Suitcase and Puddles to pick up an application while they were there and get a jump on the process. YHC forgot Pedro could give them all the info they needed. PAX turned around and headed back for four more rounds of hand release merkins, squats, and box cutters.
3.2 miles covered With 120 hand release merkins, squats and box cutters.

It is a pleasure to lead the PAX and have the opportunity to get to know other men you normally don’t get to talk too. T-claps to Holiday, Laettner and Monkey Wrench who always have my back. I know if I would have passed the baton they would have picked it up. Pedro and Wilson, almost like a father and son as the Respect brother brings the young man into the F3 world. Denver who is ready to come every day, if his schedule would allow it. There are a lot of us out there just like him. Come when you can and do what you can. Puddles and Suitcase, who never show there age and helped make half the PAX respect brothers. Lunch Box, who leads silently with a relentless work ethic and Spinal Tap with his worldly wisdom and positive outlook on life. Every PAX member brings something to the table and no man brings the same thing. That is what makes F3 special. Thank you gentlemen for your support this morning and sharing your gift that God gave you.
Spinal Tap, led by the Holy Spirit, took us out in prayer.
