Started off with a little mosey and warm up with some hillbillys, down dog, windmills. Headed to the track for catch me if you can. Two laps of that with merkins and burpees. Headed to the school for wall sits, balls to the wall and donkey kicks. Took off for a mosey to the front of the school. Stopped for a round of dying cockroaches, low slow flutters and box cutters. Did 3 rounds of those each and two more laps of catch me if you can. Finished up on the dot. Thank you guys for not acting like babies and sleeping in today! Job well done!!
