The 12th of March in Carterico provided us light rain, 45 degrees, and 15 knots of North wind. These conditions did not deter 11 HIM from posting at the Table Setter. Sore legs abounded from various weekend activities. We welcomed Suit Case back to town from his worldly travels. Spitting rain forced YHC in to a quick disclaimer and we were off..

We spotted the men of the Bands warming up and decided to circle up and join them. Immigrant lead the Pax–

The Thang : Return of the 3 man indian run

The Pax gathered in groups of 3. Groups were divided to run in a West and North direction. Indian run for 2 blocks, do the called exercise, and return to the start at your own pace. Rooney objected to running West, claiming these blocks were longer. After returning to the starting point, the pack would mosey as a group 1 block West and repeat. The exercises were-

  1. 20 merkins
  2. 20 plank jacks
  3. 20 double wides
  4. 20 mountain climbers
  5. 30 CDD
  6. 20 Groiners

We were close to 15th Street at this time and a long ways from home. Circle up for a few planking exercises. 2 lines for more Indian run fun back to the eastard. We made 1 stop for some copperhead squats.

Upon the return to Just the tip park, it was time to hit Duck Butter’s famous chains. Each man planked with his feet on the chains. A 10 count for each man, recover, repeto!

Mosey back to the shovel flag for a hard stop at 0615.

Carterican Man Moleskin:

3.3 miles covered by the men of the Table Setter today. We really enjoyed sharing warm up with the folks at Bands. Did anyone see Reef Donkey? Rain must of scared him off. Strong start to the week men. Congratulations to the men that pushed way far out of their comfort zones over the weekend in the running and rucking events!

It was a pleasure to led, SYITG
