Started off the morning with a warm up consisting of sun gods, cotton pickers and side straddle hops. From there we took a mosey before stopping to do sets of burpees, plank jacks, WW1s, and low slow flutters. After each set we took a mosey and continued to reduce the number until making it to 9. Finished up with two sets of people’s chair and balls to the wall. Thanks to everyone who came out.
