• When: 02/06/2020
  • Workout Style: Boot Camp
  • QIC: Ricardo
  • PAX: Ron Burgundy (respect), Monkey Wrench (respect), Creflo $$$, Hokie (double respect), Pasqually, Newman, Bandit, Kiwi, Ricardo (YHC)
  • AO: Back Blasts
Excited to see some friends already there when I arrived.  3, 2, 1 minutes.  5:30 and we see the headlights.  Pasqually was already there (flag planted and everything), so it must be Kiwi.  Sure enough.  Just in time.  We begin to mosey to the other end of the parking lot and the mumblechatter has already begun.  Too much wind, too fast, too much running, etc.  Whining like my band students sometimes…
Warm-A-Rama
  • Side Straddle Hop
  • Sun Gods
  • Cotton Picker
  • Windmills
  • Good Mornings (No clapping though, At Jus)
  • L over R & R over L
The Thang
Off to the Track…
We would run 1/2 a lap and then start an exercise as soon as you arrive.  When the 6 arrives, the Q will count 10 more.
  • Squats
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Air Presses
  • Mountain Climbers

That makes for a half mile.  Was planning to repeat, but I didn’t want anyone’s legs to hurt too bad.  I’ll finish the mile later…

Mosey to the:
Pull Up Bars – Partner up
10 Pull Ups and LBCs – Swap
10 Dips and LBCs – Swap
Bench Work
Urkins, Dips, Derkins – 15, 10, 5
Back to the Track…
Repeat previous exercise – finished the mile on the track.
It was fun to watch Newman, Kiwi, and Pasqually show off their manhood.  Ron Burgundy especially liked watching Pasqually – or “Junk in Your Trunk” – as he began calling him.
Always a pleasure to lead, gentlemen!
Ricardo
