Twas the first day of the week and the fart sacks felt so amazing. The morning stars were out in force and lighting the way for the group of highly motivated, highly dedicated, and dang near suffocated pax who would not be denied their Monday morning grind.  As the Q arrived on-scene it was evident that our maker had decided to deliver a beautiful morning for increasing our metabolic rate. The pax reluctantly left their secondary fart sacks (aka vehicles) and slowly gathered around the fearless leader. The Q greeted the pax with a cheer and the workout was born.

After a quick mosey loop around the standard warmup was initiated.

  • Side Shuttle Hop
  • Squat Bender
  • Rear Lunge
  • Windmill

Following our beloved warmup, the pax were issued 128oz of pure happiness in the form of 2 atoms of Hydrogen and 1 atom of Oxygen. The Q quickly briefed the pax on the importance of taking great care of their new coupons and the importance of maintaining accountability of all 128 ounces. The Q led the group on a simple Squanto run with our new babies that that was broken in half by the Texas push-up challenge. 5 reps, 6 reps, 7 reps.

The Squanto run set an azimuth to the big rock weigh-in station and quickly beat feet back. After arriving the Q led the highly motivated pax in the Gambetta Leg Circuit which consisted of:

  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Forward Lunges
  • 20 Rear Lunges
  • 20 Wojo’s
  • 200m Sprint

Following the circuit, the pax immediately beat feet back towards the flag to stand tall in front of Uncle Sam and received a quick geometry lesson from Lassie. A hard stop was quickly called and the workout was concluded.
