After the disclaimer the PAX took off stopping at each intersection past the Bask Hotel for a little pyramid.
1st intersection 5 burpees
2nd 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins
3rd 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 squats
4th 5 burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 squats, 20 LBC
5th 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 LBC, 25 Dry docks
6th 5 Burpees 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 LBC, 25 Dry Docks, 30 jump squats
We hit the park for a break the pax did 5 sets of 5 pull-ups and 10 box jumps.
After completing the pull-ups we ran the Pyramid backwards
We finished with 20 dips single count and Mary.
