I always love Qing the Table Setter.  When Aus Jus asked me last week I did not hesitate and intermediately knew what workout I would run.  I love Morehead City and love doing workouts downtown…

After a brief warmup we began the following….

THE THANG

Sprint to 4th St – Broad jump burpees from one side of the parking lot to the other, start jacks and bear crawl back.  Did this in increments of 5, 10, 15 and 20

Sprint to 5th St – Partner A runs to Arendell and does 7 burpees while partner B does diamond merkins. Switch.

Sprint to 6th St – 7 Burpees and Spider Merkins. Switch

Sprint to 7th St – 6 Burpees and 3 Count Merkins. Switch

Sprint to 8th – 6 burpees and Double wide merkins. Switch

Sprint to 9th – 5 burpees and regular merkins. Switch

Sprint to 8th – 20 squats

Sprint to 7th – 20 squats and 15 low slow flutters

Sprint to 6th – 20 squats, 15 low slow flutters and 10 burpees

Sprint to 5th – 20 squats , 15 low slow flutters, 10 burpees and 5 3 count merkins

We finished with 13 Monkey Humpers….

 

I am proud of the effort every one of you made today. Great job….Would also like to thank each and every one of you for reaching out during my brothers diagnoses with cancer.  I have had a couple of curveballs thrown at me this month, this being one of the bigger ones.  I have truly struggled with his diagnosis but his positive attitude has made it easier to come to grips with.  Last week, he explained to me that the blessing he has received from all of this is the realization that he has not been invisible his whole life.  The people that have reached out to him and our family have been amazing during this tough time and we are truly appreciative and blessed……
