Five brave souls showed up to witness Mee Mee’s first Q in over a year and Bedsore’s true VQ! After a short discussion about dips latest volleyball injury, I flawlessly recited the F3 mission statement and we headed to the basketball court for warmarama.

Warmarama – 15 Side Straddle Hops, 15 Cotton Pickers, 15 Sun gods, 15 Wind mills and last but not least the right over left / left over right 10 count stretch.

25 Merkins followed by long mosey around soccer field, tree of life and back to parking lot by the basketball court.

25 Wojo Squats followed by long mosey around soccer field, tree of life and back to parking lot by the basketball court.

25 Plank Jacks followed by long mosey around soccer field, tree of life and back to parking lot by the basketball court.

After several complaints stating “ the mosey was wayyyy to long” I handed the work out over to bedsore.

Curb Albert with hand release merkins between each curb, 30 Al Gore squats at trees and 40 Al Gore squats waiting for your turn to start or for the 6 to finish

Mosey to picnic tables

15 urkins, reverse inverted plank 10 count, 15 derkins, 15 dips

Mosey to the flag

20 WWI, plank for a 5 count
