The Hole In None enjoyed cool weather today with no rain or wind and it was a good morning to get better.  We had a strong contingent of veteran guys that showed up ready to work and we were able to convince Reef to cancel his workout in order to join ours- well done Reef.  We moseyed to the golf cart garage and began with the following warmarama-

SSH, Cotton Pickers, Windmill, Sun Gods Forward, Sun Gods reverse, Lt over Rt, Rt over Lt, and both together.

We paired up and began our first round of “9’s” starting at the Golf Cart Garage.  Everyone started with 8 burpees, then Partner A ran towards the front entrance and Partner B ran towards the clubhouse to do 1 Plankjack.  Everyone runs back to the garage to complete 7 burpees and then run to the opposite end to complete 2 plankjacks.  All ran until they completed the count to 9.

We then ran to the shelter to work on Madoff’s upper body-

Round 1 Dips, Derkins, Erkins – each in cadence x20

Round 2 Dips, Derkins, Erkins- single count x 13

Back to the Golf Cart Garage for Round 2 of “9’s”.  Same cycle, excercises were Squats and LBC’s.  We completed 3/4 of the rotation. but were cut off by time.  Reef took us out with 2 mins of Tinker Mary with some stretching and hand release merkins.  With the rain we have had, I decided to stay off the grass and course, so we ended up with 3 miles total and it was all done on the MCCC driveway.

Announcements:  The Second Mile is on the Q tomorrow at the Court-

Prayer Requests:  All the boys traveling and competing this weekend in the Palmetto 200-  Good luck and we are all pulling for you

Thanks to all that came out today and appreciate the effort- Great Group
