With a late notice on the HIN Q…I got fired up yesterday to bring a beat down to the glorious grounds of the Morehead City Country Club.   We started with the men who have iron balls with an incredible Reef Donkey disclaimer and then an inspired warmarama from Lassie….we then split into our own groups and began our 3 mile mosey around the golf course.  We visited 5 holes and did the following

1) 5 sprints and 100 LBC

2) 5 sprints and 100 Hello Dolllies

3) 5 Sprints and 100 Dying Cockroaches

4) 5 Sprints and 100 Low Slow Flutters

5) 5 Sprints and 22 Burpees

We finished this 3 mile mosey with a half mile indian run.

Very proud of the push you gave today gentlemen.
