42 and breezy greeted the pax on the shores of Bogue Sound at CCC for the HIN.  Insta bitching in the circle as Fs were explained and mission statement was deftly dealt by YHC.  Mosey to West Campus drain field for:

Feeling slightly cheated due to lack of mumblechatter, YHC soldiered on leading pax to North side of pond for:

Racknstack:  5 Bropees, run lap around pond. 5 Bropees, 10 Partner Merkins, lap.  5 Bropees, 10 PM, 15 Partner Leg Throws, lap.  5 Bropees, 10 PM, 15 Partner Leg Throws, Copperhead Squats IC X 20, lap.  Pax then worked it back down to 5 Bropees taking off an exercise after each lap. Observation:  Pax was working fast today.  Proud of you boys, great job Pasqually!

Pax then progressed over to Deebo’s field, by the water.  Line up shoulder to shoulder for a sprint up the hill to last light pole.  People’s chair on wall, timed by doing Air Press IC X 20.  Walk to light pole, sprint back down hill.  Holiday Mansion and Reef Donkey then gave a primer on the now famous Cherry Picker exercise.  Cherry Picker for 1 minute (pick the cherries, drop them in the bucket!).  Rinse and repeat the sprints and People’s chair.  TClaps to Klinger for finishing the exercise after tweaking his knee on a pothole in Deebo’s Field.

For dessert, YHC led pax to Back Porch for some arm/shoulder work.  Much to my pleasure, we came upon the KettleBellers in the middle of their Mary.  They joined us on the wall for:
