Coupons were being unloaded from the back of the truck as the Pax rolled in for a 5 minute warning and countdown. As usual, monkey wrench appear from the darkness of the golf course from his morning stroll. It was good to see the Starling Marine truck pull in with a bayliner # post. And, to the surprise of YHC, Ron burgundy and purple rain posted, after a prediction of a fart in the sack. Thanks guys!

Gather at the field for: The thangs:
(A pallet cleanser lap between each thang, with a run around Brandywine’s first intersection and back to entrance.)
1) Lineup for five frog jumps. Backpedal. 10 Merkens. Repeat four times except for 11 Merkens on the last One for a total of 41.
2) Partner up for inchworm Burpee relay. Partner one starts inchworm Burpee a partner to does 41 LBCs. Then runs to catch up with partner one. Continue the “catch me if you can” to the far cone. Repeat with air squats. Repeat with plank jacks.
3) At the tires, alternating toe taps for 30 seconds as many reps as possible. 10 urkins. Repeat toe taps for 30 seconds. 10 uneven Merkens. Repeat toe taps. 10 durkins. Repeat toe taps. 11 uneven merkins, for a total of 41.
During the instructions of this thang, Blart made a comment that tire toe taps were a FIA exercise, but by the end of 4 X 30 seconds AMRAP, he got a little quiet and was down on hands and knees. 💪🏻
4) Side plank walks from cone to cone with a 180 switch halfway. Ron Burgandy proved to be a real champ at this exercise, and now has the world record for the highest butt in the air in the least straight line. We should rename this exercise Carolina drydock walks in a Z pattern after Ron Burgundy! 😜
5) Circle up or Burpee’s. In cadence: 5 Burpee’s, 10 X 180° Burpee’s, 5 right leg Burpee’s, 5 left leg Burpee’s.
6) Circle up for a series of in cadence exercises X 20. One pax at a time runs around cones while facing Highway 24 all the way. Then reverses direction around the cones, again facing Highway 24 all the way (forward, backward, and sidestep each direction). When pax returns to the circle, tags out the next pax to go.
In cadence exercises included: Freddie mercury’s, low fast flutters, mountain climbers, plank jacks, LBC, Alternating shoulder taps, WW1, etc. I’m sure that some exercises that the pax added in have been forgotten, but you get the point.
7) Lineup behind tires for tire flip relay with teams of 2. Flip tire three times then run to the back behind partner and repeat across the field as a team. Repeat with tire hike relay, throwing tires backwards between the legs across the field as a team. Repeat with tire push under your partner in dry dock position 10 yds apart across the field as a team.
Hard stop. No time for Mary, but plenty of ab work had been done throughout.
Count off, namearama, and COT at the flags. Announcements were made for upcoming workouts. YHC took us out in prayer to include Pasquale and blart’s brother in law.
