Shiplap was completing a solo standard as the dreadnought regulars rolled in. We completed a lap around the parking lot waiting for any stragglers. Finding none, we were off to the track for a warm up lap prior to warmarama stretches and sungods. Two more laps were completed before ending at the pull up bars. Round 1: 5 pullups, 10 merkins, 5 dips, 10 squats. Round 2 and round 3: more of the same, back to the track for one more lap. Circle up for ATMs x10, plank jacks x10 and merkins x10 all in cadence. Back to the pull up bars for Round 4: Knees to elbows x 10, merkins x10, dips x5, squats x10. Round 5 and round 6: more of the same, back to the track for one more lap. Circle up for LSF x 20 IC, Hello Dolly x 15 IC, and LBC x 50 IC. One final lap around the track ending at the flag for a hard stop completing our 3 mile requirement. YHC was smoked trying to keep up with the badasses at the Dreadnought this morning. Thanks for joining me today.
