It was a glorious morning, like most in Carterico, as YHC pulled in to the upper parking lot of Rotary Park, closest to O’Neal Field at Big Rock Stadium.  I was relieved to see some familiar faces as it had been a while since last posting.  The 1-minute warning was given and at precisely 5:30, it was announced what we were here for, the mission statement given, and my best attempt at the core principles.  Nipple Shot had come in hot during the intro so the pax did two burpees as he announced his presence.  Of course, Nipple didn’t get to participate in the burpees because he couldn’t find his other glove.  YHC led the pax on a short mosey around the parking lot while Nipple addressed his wardrobe malfunction.  With Nipple all set, we moseyed to the middle parking lot for the first exercise of…
